I ran a bookclub call last night and the book under discussion was David Hawkins Power v Force.

David is the creator of the Map of Consciousness, and it is such a revelation to have a framework to see the world through this lens.

Here’s how it’s described in the book:

“Each level of consciousness has its own view of life, view of God, view of self, emotion, and process. On a single chart, you see the entire world. It shows a path out of the pits of despair all the way to the state of Enlightenment.”

This excites me so much because it puts us in the driver’s seat of life. Our emotions, thoughts, beliefs and RESULTS are a choice.
