Start LEAN and streamline your Social Media strategy so you can map out a simple plan, with as few moving parts as possible. I call this concept the Power of Ones – In a nutshell, it’s:
>> one Person (audience or target market)
>> one Problem (you’re solving for that audience)
>> one Platform (where you’ll connect with your soul mate clients)
>> one Promise (your message, how you help your clients solve their problem or reach their dreams)
>> one Product (your offer)
The idea is to get ONE plate spinning – and bringing in consistent clients and sales – before starting the next. Once you’re clear on your Power of Ones you can map out your pathway to profit and create a very time and cost-effective plan.
The beauty of this strategy is that it forces you to concentrate on your key audience, problem solving, offer and message. You can avoid overwhelm because you’re literally laser focused on one thing at a time, something us entrepreneurs are often really bad at (I include myself in that by the way).
