It really struck me on the first Marketing Momentum Mastermind call yesterday how much the shifts in the world have affected us and how we do business. How we show up. How we feel.

There was talk of lost mojo, overwhelm and hating being dependent on Social Media (although we dispelled that myth because it’s not true)

I can relate. I’ve felt the same way. Fallen out of love with my business and felt like everything was hard work. Not a great vibe for attracting clients.

What’s really happening though, is that you’ve fallen out of energetic alignment. 🤦

Our desires come from our soul and our business offers a vehicle to achieve them. So that passion doesn’t die but it can get hidden under layers of doubt, fear, and overwhelm. Especially if you’re working at surface level (what you observe)

And that’s where I’ve found energy work has changed my life

Because when you understand that you’re divinely guided (if you choose to be open to it – that’s a different post!) and trust that the Universe is friendly (a big yes to Einstein’s question) then you can lean into that and let your intuition – or higher self – guide you.

Working with energy opens up a world where you tap into your higher self, the source of all creativity, intuition, possibilities and opportunities.

The analogy I often use with clients is that the human brain 🧠 is like a computer 💻 – powerful but only as good as the programs running it.
💫
So when we use our brains 🧠 to run our lives we are influenced by all sorts of self-imposed filters, judgements and limiting beliefs (which are subconsciously running the show, and are based on our personal experiences, often dating back to childhood)

When we work with energy though ✨we are plugging into the “matrix” of the Universe. From here we are able to access the higher part of ourselves that knows our soul’s purpose and sees our highest potential and how to achieve it.

From a business perspective this means showing up as you truly are, warts and all. And trusting that the Universe (source, God, higher self, whatever you want to call it) knows your higher purpose and is guiding you towards it. 📡

So energy work is about listening, being open to guidance, and trusting that the Universe knows what’s best for you, even if you can’t comprehend it or don’t see the evidence yet.

Working WITH energy is life changing because once you learn how to align with your higher self you feel bulletproof – I’ve never felt so authentic, resilient, confident and empowered. 🦸♀️
